General Conditions
Article 1 - Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.intimae.fr or by telephone.
The website www.intimae.fr is exclusively written in French and is published by Altis Média SARL, a simplified joint-stock company whose registered office is located 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France , registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 990192999 (Intra-Community VAT number: FR84990192999 .
Article 2 - Price
Our product prices are listed in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), but excluding delivery charges. All orders placed on our website are payable in Euros.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability at that time.
In the event of fluctuations in the costs of foreign products and services (currencies, customs fees), the advertised prices may vary accordingly.
Article 3 - Order
The User can place an order on the website www.intimae.fr by following these steps:
• Product selection and addition to cart.
• Shopping cart review and order confirmation.
• Provision of delivery and billing information.
• Choice of delivery method.
• Choice of payment method.
• Order confirmation after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
After the order is validated, the user receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details. Only the products listed in this email will be included in the sales contract.
In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of a Product after the Order has been placed, the User will be informed by email and may choose to modify or cancel their Order.
Article 4 - Payment
The price of the Order is due immediately upon validation of the Order.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank card (Visa, MasterCard).
• Bank transfer.
• PayPal.
• Payment in installments without fees by bank card (if available).
Payment transactions are secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Altis Média SARL reserves the right to verify the information provided by the User and to request supporting documents in case of suspected fraud.
Article 5 - Delivery
5.1 Delivery Methods
Products ordered on the website www.intimae.fr are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order. Delivery costs are specified before Order confirmation.
Altis Média SARL offers the following delivery methods:
• Standard home delivery.
• Delivery to a collection point.
• Express delivery (if available).
Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
5.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the chosen delivery method and destination:
• Standard delivery: 2 to 3 working days.
• Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days.
The indicated delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only. Altis Média SARL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, strikes or any other case of force majeure.
5.3 Delivery Tracking
The User will receive an email containing a tracking link to follow the delivery of their package.
5.4 Order Receipt
Upon receipt of the Order, the User is required to check the condition of the package and the Products. In the event of visible damage or missing Products, they must file a claim with the carrier and contact Altis Média SARL customer service within 48 hours.
5.5 Absence and Non-Receipt
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice, and you can pick up your package according to the instructions provided. If the package is returned to Altis Média SARL for incomplete or incorrect address, the costs of reshipping will be borne by the User.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns
7.1 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of his Order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reason or pay any penalties.
7.2 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following Products:
• Hygiene and personal care products unsealed after delivery (lingerie, sex toys, cosmetics, etc.).
• Underwear and lingerie that have been worn or whose sealed packaging has been opened.
• Customized or made-to-measure products.
• Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
7.3 Specific Conditions for Intimate Products
• Sex toys, wellness accessories or any intimate product must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
• Lingerie products (bras, panties, bodysuits, etc.) can only be returned if they have not been worn, except for a simple fitting, and must be folded as originally.
• Cosmetic products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
• If the packaging has a security seal, it must be intact.
7.4 Refusal of Return for Hygiene Reasons
Altis Média SARL reserves the right to refuse any product return for hygiene reasons in the following cases:
• Product returned without its original packaging.
• Product clearly worn, used or handled beyond simply trying on (stains, odors, signs of use).
• Product whose packaging or security seal has been opened or damaged.
Rejected products will be returned to the customer at their expense.
7.5 Return Procedures
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact INTIMAE's customer service to obtain a return form and return the Product(s) in question to the following address:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their packaging, accessories and any documentation provided.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective Product or an error by INTIMAE.
• Returns must be made using a trackable delivery method (e.g., Colissimo Tracking). INTIMAE cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package during return shipping.
7.6 Reimbursement
Subject to receipt and verification of the returned Products, the refund will be made by INTIMAE within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the Products.
• The refund will be made using the original payment method used by the Customer.
• In the event of a return that does not comply with the above conditions (product worn, used, packaging opened), INTIMAE reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Article 8 - Guarantees
8.1 Legal Guarantee
All Products sold on the Site www.intimae.fr benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
To exercise their rights, the Customer must contact INTIMAE's customer service by email or registered mail.
Under the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer:
• The buyer has two years from the date of delivery of the goods to take action.
• Can choose between repair or replacement of the Product, subject to the cost conditions provided by law.
• Is exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity during the first 12 months following delivery of the Product (24 months for new goods from 2022).
Under the warranty against hidden defects, the Customer may choose between:
• Cancellation of the sale (full refund).
• A reduction in the selling price.
8.2 Commercial Guarantee (if applicable)
Some products may be covered by an additional commercial warranty, the terms of which are specified on their product page. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Article 9 - Responsibility
The Products offered on the Site comply with current French legislation. INTIMAE cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the Products by the Customer, failure to comply with storage or maintenance instructions, or in the event of force majeure.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to present them accurately, slight variations may occur without incurring any liability on the part of INTIMAE.
9.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the website www.intimae.fr (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, sounds, software) is the exclusive property of INTIMAE or its partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or use of this content, in any way whatsoever, without prior written authorization from INTIMAE, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
The User agrees to use the Site solely for personal needs and prohibits any use for commercial purposes.
Article 10 - Mediation and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute with INTIMAE's customer service, the Customer has the option of using a consumer mediator free of charge in order to reach an amicable resolution.
INTIMAE adheres to the CM2C mediation service (Consumer Mediation Centre of Justice Conciliators).

Article 11 - Personal Data
The rules concerning the processing of personal data on the website www.intimae.fr are detailed in our Personal Data Protection and Cookies Policy, accessible directly on the Site.
INTIMAE is committed to respecting the confidentiality of Users' personal data and to processing it in accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The User has the right to access, rectify, delete, and transfer their data, as well as the right to object to or restrict its processing. These rights can be exercised by contacting our customer service at the following address:

Article 12 - Retention of Title
The Products delivered to the Customer remain the property of INTIMAE until full payment of their price.
In the event of non-payment, INTIMAE reserves the right to reclaim the Products in question. The Customer is responsible for all risks (loss, theft, damage) to the Products from the moment of delivery.
Article 13 - Responsibility
INTIMAE cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the Products.
INTIMAE is not responsible in the event of:
• Inappropriate use of the Products by the Customer.
• Failure to comply with the instructions for use or storage of the Products.
• Loss or theft of the Client's login credentials.
• Damages resulting from misuse of the Site.
In the event of force majeure (strike, pandemic, natural disaster), INTIMAE cannot be held liable.
Article 14 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of INTIMAE's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
Article 15 - Customer Acceptance
These terms and conditions of sale are expressly accepted by the Customer, who declares and acknowledges having full knowledge thereof. Validation of the Order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Article 16 - Sponsorship Program
16.1 Sponsorship Conditions
The Referral Programme allows a Customer (hereinafter "the Referrer") to recommend the website www.intimae.fr to their friends and family (hereinafter "the Referred Ones") and to receive rewards in the event of the Referred Ones' first order.
To benefit from the Referral Program:
• The Sponsor must have a User Account on the Site.
• Referred Members must register on the Site via the referral link provided by the Referrer.
• Referred Members must not have a User Account on the Site before their registration.
16.2 Godfather Rewards
The Sponsor will receive a voucher of [amount to be defined, for example €5] to use on the Site as soon as his Referred Customer has placed a first valid order.
The vouchers are:
• Usable only on www.intimae.fr.
• Non-transferable and not convertible into cash.
• Subject to a validity period of [duration to be defined, for example 6 months].
16.3 Welcome Offer for Referred Members
New customers receive a 10% discount on their first order, subject to a minimum purchase amount of €10.
Article 17 - Protection of Minors
17.1 Access to the Site
The website www.intimae.fr is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older).
By accessing the Site, the User declares that they are of legal age according to the legislation of their country of residence.
17.2 Parental Control
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring minors who have access to the internet. To protect minors, parental control software can be installed on the devices used.
17.3 Products Intended for an Adult Audience
The Products offered on the Site may include items intended for an adult audience. Altis Média SARL is committed to complying with current regulations regarding the protection of minors and to not distributing pornographic or shocking content.
17.4 Orders Placed by a Minor
Altis Média SARL reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a minor without parental authorization.
Article 18 - Gift Cards
18.1 Purchase of Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase on the website www.intimae.fr. They can be bought like any other product, in the amounts offered on the website.
When purchasing, the Buyer can choose to offer the Gift Card directly to a third party by indicating the recipient's email address and, if applicable, a personalized message.
18.2 Terms of Use
• Gift cards can only be used on the website www.intimae.fr.
• They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money.
• They can be used once or several times until their amount is exhausted.
• Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, unless otherwise stated on the Site.
• In case of loss or theft, Altis Média SARL cannot be held responsible and the Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded.
18.3 Validity of Gift Cards
• Gift Cards are valid for a period of [duration to be defined, for example 12 months] from the date of purchase.
• Upon expiry of their validity date, Gift Cards can no longer be used and their remaining amount will be lost.
18.4 Use of Gift Cards for Orders
• When placing the Order, the User can enter the Gift Card code in the field provided for this purpose.
• If the Order amount exceeds that of the Gift Card, the User will have to pay the difference with another payment method accepted on the Site.
• If the Order amount is less than that of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be used for a future order, within the validity period.
